Representatives Dahlstrom, Kapsner, and Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that they be allowed to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest. Objection was heard, and the members were required to vote. The question being: "Shall CSSB 329(RES) am H pass the House?" Representative Stoltze gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on CSSB 329(RES) am H and the reconsideration was taken up later.
